“I ordered two pairs of shoes one had to be returned appalled that I am expected to pay return postage as well as postage on the item ?! what a rip off I won't bother again”

“My son got his Levi jeans at a good price the downer your delivery needs to step up paid for next day delivery but didn't get it until the evening of the day after that”

“Went instore to buy a pair of trainers that I wanted however, was told that they cost £14.00 more than online. Decided to save the money and buy online however, sad to see that the instore collection option was 3-5 working days and needed them within 2 days. Decided to choose the Next day delivery option for £6.00 as the total was still less than the instore price. Arrived on time the next day. I would have 5 stars if it wasn't for the length of time stated for instore collections, otherwise great service.”
