“Everything I bought was good quality however I got next day delivery which cost me £6.99 and specifically said it would come the day after, it didn't come for 3 days. That was the only problem though.”

“As always there's plenty of choice, brands and quality and all delivered on time. Could do with some more specs on the garments of clothing like the jeans for example. It would be very handy to note what the hem width is as sometimes a straight or tapered leg can still look like flares! Apart from that, prepaid returns would be a nice touch as it costs a fortune to send back unwanted items especially when you order as often as I do!”

“Prompt delivery and easy returns process. My only gripe is having to pay the cost for returning items myself. This is after paying quite a bit to have the items delivered to me in the first place. I was refunded the cost of the returned item, then went online to order a bigger size and paying again for the postage.”
