“The website was fine, however I have just had to return an item back to yourselves.....Only to find that not only do we have to pay p/p to receive goods but we also have to pay to RETURN goods!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED.”

“A very good efficient delivery and communication service, however if returning items,expensive to return items or given a credit note or exchange in store. This at times is not suitable particularly if there is nothing required in store. Would be much better to receive finances back in the same format as payment made by”

“Service was fast, but when one of my orders were placed and then I got email to say out of stock this was deducted from my order with no option to pick something else. This meant my order was short of the £20 money of voucher, when spending over £100. I had to order these again separately, which costs me another delivery charge too.”

“Easy to find what I wanted, the only thing that could be improved is the courier delivery times. Between 9am and 9pm isn't good.... mainlinemenswear use a courier which gives you a 1 hour window.... this can affect where I buy from”

“Such incredible prices & super quick delivery!! Clothes are always super good quality. 4 stars instead of 5 because you still pay £5 delivery even if you click and collect! Click and collect should always be free in my opinion.”

“Everything about the service was fantastic apart from one thing.. one of my jackets which was the main reason why I made a purchase still had one of the magnetised plastic tags on which I had to remove myself with a pair of scissors. Luckily I didn't damage the jacket in the process but I guarantee that 9/10 customers would either complain or send this item back if it happened to them.”
