“Everything was good, the order came to the store quickly. However not all staff looked like they'd been trained when it came to dealing with click and collect. The woman that served me didn't have a clue what she was doing meaning I had to wait 10 minutes for her to get help from someone that was serving in a very busy store and she claimed she'd asked me for ID when she hadn't. The service was poor but the actual process of getting the product was quick and easy.”

“Just make sure products doesn't have such visible defects. I got a jacket with some damage in front side and not so wearable outside of a constructions area. It's useful to be wear it when you have to paint walls.”

“fast delivery.......unfortunately whoever packed the goods was incompetent and literally just threw them into clear packaging which was also ripped . The clothes were not folded. Very shoddy and unprofessional”

“It was a straight forward ordering system and a reasonably quick delivery service. Although both boxes were damaged. A bit of tweaking here and there made them just ok to be wrapped for Xmas. Would possibly use again .”
