“I placed the order for some shoes for my son. I ordered a size 1, however when the delivery was made and I open the package the box the shoes where in said size one, but the shoes where a size 10, which would not fit my son. I paid for delivery to my home address for convenience, because the delivery was wrong I had to go into store to get the right size. If I wanted to go into store I would have and saved myself £4.99 for delivery”

“Ordered over £100 worth of clothes and paid fpr next day delievery. Didn't receive the clothes till 3 days later. However i did get a refund of the delivery.”

“Got sent someone else’s order. Customer service were little help. I had take the parcel to a hermes collection point to wait for them to receive the parcel that they wrongly sent me before they would send out my actual order. Will not be purchasing from USC again :)”

“I was shocked at the state of my order when it came I collected it the outer package was ok but when I opened it I couldn't believe it most of my stuff that I ordered was hanging out packaging scrunch up in balls and the bags they were in were all ripped open that's the shocking enough but when I tried my joggers on something sharp pricked me and in the back pocket was an alarm all smashed up into bits then the Jean's I ordered were meant to be 34 waist 32 leg but were 34 waist 34 leg so I had to go into town to change them so as you can see this is why I've put 1”

“The trainers I received were not as pictured on the website and had to be returned. Contacted USC who asked for photographs, after sent they advised that I had received the correct item - even though the pictures showed otherwise.”
