“Normally you have a excellent service I understand sometimes mistakes do happen but I ordered and purchased three item but two was delivered onto today I’m still protesting why I received two items instead of three but yet I’ve been told three items were scanned but two item was delivered Not tolerable at all for a company like yours it’s disgusting”

“I’m not very happy because I wanted to buy 2 items and then I thought oh may as well get another to save on postage but then after I had placed the order, I received an email saying the two I actually wanted were out of stock so I would have to pay £4.99 postage for something I didn’t really care about much and I couldn’t even get the things I actually wanted. Not happy”

“Selection and quality of clothing is great but I will be very unlikely to order from the website again due to; 1) Charges for delivery/collection from store? Even with a voucher this is a bad policy and needs to change. 2) More importantly, I was advised by the Roundhay (Leeds) store that my returns with the RMA paperwork AND receipt cannot be processed as I did not return them in the black, unbranded disposable plastic bag they were delivered to store in? I should not need to explain why that is plainly ridiculous and not inline with distance selling regulations but the store would not budge?! I therefore will budge and make future online purchases elsewhere, perhaps one of the many retailers that respects the customer/seller relationship.”

“You are one of the only major retailers that charge for delivery and returns, total joke! I even tried the item I ordered on in store but wasn’t available in the colour I wanted so ordered online with a £5 delivery. When the item arrived it was a lot smaller in the colour I chose so now I have to pay a return post cost! Last time I order from USC!”

“Product was not the same as the product advertised! The picture displayed is totally different to the design on the shirt! For that reason I am going to return it! It is outrageous that in this case - where the item is falsely advertised - I have to pay for postage AND return! For that reason I will not be using USC again and will be advising others against using it”
