“My shoes came in very good condition and are so comfy, however my boyfriend ordered the same shoes and they came with marks all over them. We went in store to swap them and the new pair also had marks on, bit annoying for very expensive shoes”

“USC handled my order very quickly. My 1 star is for the fact that Hermes have failed to delivery two separate orders this week. One has been marked as delivered and signed for, while the other seems to be lost in the Hermes system. Very frustrating.”
