“disappointed wrong size of shoe sent in box but right size on box sent emails and pictures not yet resolved.the other shoes are great.Not willing to pay return postage as I paid 6.99 for next day delivery and the mistake is not mine thanks.”

“I rate 0 * Sent wrong size shoes for my daughter, ordered a 2 & was sent a 1 ?? thankfully manager of local store gave me a refund as they did not have size in stock to exchange however could not refund the delivery fee. Shocking paid £5 for nothing !! Tried ringing customer services several times but failed to speak to anybody regarding what had happened. Will not be ordering from you again. Will go else where from now on.”

“Always pleased with the products, delivery and service generally. Disappointed that product was unavailable even when ordered, as had to reorder alternative costing a further £5. Feel you should offer the chance for an alternative, with no delivery charge.”

“This is a bit of a bittersweet review as on the one hand, I bought some lovely Calvin Klein canvas shoes, which were cheaper than that of other places and they were great HOWEVER the rest of the order was not great, like from a factory outlet with poorly fitting items, which I had to send back. The really bitter bit was that I had paid £4.99 for delivery and had to pay £3.45 to send the unsuitable items back - which equated to £8.45. Not good value and for that reason I would not order from USC again.”

“My order was wrongly sized, so returned in store and was given a credit receipt. I placed my new order on the 14th of March and paid for next day delivery. 5 days later, and my order is no where to be seen. No tracking information, no contact information other than customer service email which can take up to 3 days to answer. This store has gone completely down hill.”

“Great variety of products available. Not as accessible as other retailers especially shopping online. The option to deliver to store is costly. There is also no option to return to store and an additional charge for returns or exchanges via post which adds up.”
