“Please better check the labels that you are putting on clothing and footwear. There is a lot of mistakes. In the case when I have order for children eu size 29, i have get eu 28. The dresses from French connection i have order size 11 years i have get larger size (12-13 years). Expand the collection of Lacoste, Ralph lauren and Tommy hilfiger with the clothing for smaller kids and babies.”

“I’ve been told that the order will arrive on Monday, and I had to wait till Wednesday to get my order. Also, when the order arrived I noticed thst one of the shoes was a bit damaged but I did not want to give them back as I was advised that there are no other spare to change them with and also it would have taken too lomg to get s refund.”

“Ordered Vans size 7 from your website and paid 4.99 for delivery to sports direct. You delivered a size 12 despite on the box saying 7. Took them back to usc in Stirling and was told I had to pay to send them back. Phoned customer services and was told to send photos which I did. Still no response. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please reply to this as I expect better”
