“Makes no sense how the click and collect is for a Sports Direct store when there is a USC store on the floor above. Returning things from online orders is a pain - the fact that you have to pay for the postage is a joke. The selection within the Cardiff store is horrendous, forcing customers to try online”

“The sizes in general are a joke. Some websites give you an idea of what size to order as they mention what size the model is wearing and what their build is and so you can generally work around this. I ordered 5 different t-shirts of which I will be returning 3. I ordered a small size but they actually look like medium to large. I wouldn't mind as it is expected from time to time but it is day light robbery when you have to pay for delivery irrelevant of how much you spend and then pay again to return any goods. How is it the likes of Asos or Boohoo, just to name a couple, can do this with no charge whatsoever? The customer should at least be entitled to free returns”

“Didnt get all my items that i ordered. i would made my order, if i would know that. because i had to pay for delivery fee that its not small. (im living in Lithuania). also i havent got any bonuses or anything because of that. very disappointed.”

“Good service; quick delivery; loved the product too; it was a nice fit. I was a little alarmed that it came with a security tag but this was easy to undo. Real shame that its £4.99 for a delivery. Absolute rip off”

“Terrible service. Waiting to long for item to be delivered and once it did arrive it was covered in dust and the packaging was torn as well as the hanger broken! Frustrating online service as I love shopping in store at USC as the products are good quality, staff are friendly and the stores are clean and tidy!”

“I ordered 3 items which obviously were showing in stock, paid almost £5 delivery which spread over the 3 items isn't so bad. Then two items were canceled stating out of stock, even though when I went back on line I was still able to add them to my basket. I wasn't given the option to cancel the remaining item or offered free deliver if I wanted to re order the other two again. Even if i now return the item I wont get refunded the postage. Feel a bit robbed if I'm honest!”
