“Do NOT include pre-realease in any order you make. I made the mistake of spending £130 which included a pre-release item and they held my full order. I get this is in the T&Cs however my realease date was put back by 4 weeks meaning i waited 6 weeks for my order. I contacted customer service via email and was contacted by Rebbeca who told me to cancel my order and complete two separate transactions, one to have only the pre-release item. I replied stating this was not good enough as this would incur two delivery charges of £4.99 each. I’m still awaiting her reply. I did receive my order which was all grand but not a great service.”

“Giving one cause cant give zero the customer service is shocking. It took a week to inform me of a cancellation to my order. I still had to pay for delivery. Im still waiting for a refund on the extra money paid. I am fuming.”

“The item I purchased was delivered and had black makeup marks on it. It was a white hoody top. I didn't have time to return it as it was a gift for my son's girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Very disappointed.”

“I placed an order for items to be given as Christmas presents at the beginning of December and heard nothing about the order until the beginning of February!! No opportunity to cancel as the order was no longer required (having long since given up in receiving the items). Appalling service.”

“Ordered various fragrance items from the website for next day delivery. Unfortuntley one item displayed as perfume (image) was in fact a Male aftershave when delivered. Apart from that, the service was great, delivery fast.”

“I ordered some Calvin Klein joggers and a couple of Tshirts for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I received my order within 5-7 days which was great (just in time for Valentine’s Day) although when it arrived, the items arrived out of the packaging.. and looked as if they’d been worn. When spending £70 on branded clothing you do not expect this to be the case. Will be ordering directing from Calvin Klein next time. Abit of a let down!”

“Ordered two coats, one came wrapped in plastic and the other did now. Clearly had been stepped on as there were foot dusty foot prints on it. Also came with a sleeve inside out as if it had been tried on and returned. Really disappointed, will be returning.”

“Website fine, delivery and return costs make it quite expensive. I will look to buy elsewhere another time as I dont think I ended up with the lowest cost item. Also no guide as to how long a replacement item takes to arrive so still waiting.”
