“Good easy to use website, with good products at reasonable prices, but slow delivery. £5 charge regardless of home or store delivery (although voucher given if collected in store) but delivery took 7 days.”

“I'm still waiting on my order, I've put in two complaints and received useless automated replies that don't help. It is with the courier but the company you chose are impossible to contact. It's very hard to get in touch with a real person to talk to on your site too. What am I to do if the customer service for both your company and the courier you use is atrocious? I want this problem fixed”

“2 orders I’ve made online. One pretty green jacket which still had the security tag on. I then ordered 2 pretty green t shirts, one came rolled in a ball with no kind of inner packaging. Crushed to bits”

“The website is great and easy to use. My only gripe is that some of the clothes were a bit dusty and that it too a week for an order to be delivered to its collection point. That feels too long.”

“Products, quality, service and speed of delivery excellent but you are one of few retailers who don’t offer free delivery for orders over £50 and make customers pay for returns which worsens the blow when you do have to take things back. Nothing wrong with the items I returned, one too small and I didn’t like the style of the other so not a reflection on USC, but even the lady in the post office was surprised I had to pay for a return! You are one of very few.”

“If I had known USC belongs to Sports Direct I would never have ordered from them . Tried phoninh customer services there phone line have not worked for 72 hours . They eventually reply to your emails but tell you a bunch of lies , apparently waiting for courier to pick items up , we have several collections in a day , so why after 13 days still not arrived . Order was eventually cancelled due to lost in the post . How could it getl ost in the post when your waiting for courier to pick up .NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT USC OR ANY OTHER SHOP THATS OWNED BY SPOFTS DIRECT”

“The shoes I received looked like they’d been worn. The tissue paper packaging was ripped. The bottom of the shoes had black marks on them. The shoes also had the label like they’d been in a shop which must have been placed by accident. Not happy to be paying so much money for a product that’s been used.”
