“Excellent service! paid for next day delivery however the cost of delivery was too high in my opinion. clothing and shoes was excellent, I bought two trainers in two different sizes and sent one back as it was to big. I’m still waiting on my refund.”

“I place orders regulary with usc. I got a happy birthday code for discount and forgot to use this at checkout, i emailed straight after order was placed and was told discount cant be applied as order placed, must have to return goods and reorder, ridicolous. Also that i had no reply to 2nd email. Poor service.”

“Love USC for my husband and 3 kids ! Get the odd bit for myself but you don’t stock much in larger sizes for ladies ...please consider stocking more designer wear in Xl / XXL Uk 18 as I know many of the designers you do stick go up to these sizes and then I could spend more 😂”

“I love the clothes and brands that USC offers, and the fact that there are regularly sales and reductions. I feel, however, that the delivery fee is excessive, especially since there is no option of free delivery should the customer spend a certain amount eg £100 or more. I was also slightly disappointed with my last order due to the fact that I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from the same brand (Firetrap) in the same size, but that one pair is far larger than the other. As a result I had to send the larger pair back for exchange, paying the postage of course, and am now not sure if the replacement will arrive before I leave to go travelling early on Friday of next week (22nd Feb).”

“Overall, I am very pleased with USC and can highly recommend them for their competitive prices and efficient delivery. I do however have one small observation to make. I am regular on line customer and due to tax free import restrictions in my country I am limited to ordering 50 Euro worth of goods with each individual order. This results in paying more for delivery services which in turn ads to overal cost of goods. That is why using return policy for me adds aditional expenses of shipping goods back and forth. I would appreciate more strict quality control of goods as I have on two ocassions received damaged goods ( G star jeans and Firetrap jumper). Due to the above reasons, I have kept the goods and did not go through trouble and additional cost of returning them. Stricter qc would certainly benefit overseas customers.”

“Delivery times states 3-5 working days I have been waiting over 11days for my delivery.... service is shocking and won't be using USC for anything ever again and will definitely not recommend this retailer to anyone”

“Hello there I recently ordered two jackets for my son online. I can understand a delivery payment, but at the time I checked your returns policy and it read as if sending items back would be free. My son would like to keep one of the two jackets we received, but looking at the returns form in the package I was very upset to see i’ll need to pay to send the unwanted one back. It looks like the total postal charge for delivery and return will be around £10 which I find a difficult cost to stomach because many other retailers don’t charge such fees on their online model I rarely comment on such things, but felt the need on the occasion as it means I won’t use USC again as a retailer because with online shopping comes the problem of garments not fitting and needing to be returned. Thank you for listening Lloyd Parker”
