“The item was good value, however the packaging really smelt and I couldn't take off the stickered price which ruined the look as it was for a present bit overall glad I brought it as it was cheaper than the high street”

“Great company, good range of products at fair prices and great customer service. The only thing I don’t like is delivery charges even if you’re going to collect although you do get this refunded as a voucher.”

“The returns policy is a joke ,I ordered a shirt online , had to pay for delivery to a local store , when I opened it , they had sent the wrong size, so I took it back to the store to get a refund and they said I had to send it back myself and pay for delivery again! And then wait till they had the shirt back and check if what I was saying was true then they would refund me,”

“Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on Sunday, dispatched on Monday. Unavailable for collection until the Saturday, almost a week later. Good price and products but waiting time is off-putting.”

“Delivery to the store was fine and fast. Returns and exchanges are not good at all. First of all, you can only return or exchange via post and you have to pay it yourself! I already paid for delivery 5 pounds and had to pay additional 6 pounds for an exchange. Such a big company, could at least provide free returns. Disappointed with that.”

“Ordered to pick up at a store, this item that I ordered was for a birthday present. I ordered this to and should of came they day before the birthday however has still not arrived. It has taken longer than 7 working days and still saying processing on the tracking. Tried to contact USC to see where my item is 3 days later still no reply from them, once my parcel is recurved I will not be shopping here again. Very disappointed.”

“Overall, service and product are satisfactory and as expected. Sorry to say; the experience of buying online products from USC is off-putting though as the returns policy is extremely inflexible. Competitors offer a more flexible returns policy that will mean I buy from them every time, over USC, whenever possible.”
