“Highly disappointed! I ordered a Calvin Klein straw hat and it was folded for several times and made a hat impossible to wear. On top I paid nearly £5 for delivery and a same amount for return. Horrible service! Big rip off”

“I went into the Denton store. I bought a pair pf New Balance trainers but also saw another pair of New Balance trainers. Unfortunately the store didn't have my size in the other pair. The assistant suggested I bought them on-line with the click and collect service. I did and I now have 2 pairs of brilliant trainers. Great service. Very quick!”

“Products and prices ok Cost of delivery not very good spend £150-200 on the order and have to pay £5 for 3-5 day delivery where majority of online companies run free delivery over £40-£50”

“I was disapointed as id ordered 6 tshirts online only to find out when they arrived one was out of stock. In my opinion it shouldnt have left me order the one that was out of stock i would have picked something else. Instead i was left running round last minute as the t shirt wasnt in parcel.”
