“The usc is good but the ship company DHL bad company taxes is very expensive I should get it the shipment from the company not delivery to my home”

“There are some good deals and a.range of brands. Some of the products lack description or don't have photos with multiple angles to know what the products look like. There was a charge of around a fiver for basic delivery even after spending around £200 and when the items around, some were not in proper packaging. There were no returns vouchers either.”

“The products at USC are great. However I ordered something online which wasn't available in store and I don't understand why there is such a big charge for click and collect in store...and why it took so long for the item to get to store.”

“I ordered some clothes to be delivered to my local delivery point, knowing I would not be at home to take collection. On the day of the delivery, I received an email telling me I couldn't be delivery...what!?! It was returned to USC and a few days later, I was refunded and forced to buy elsewhere. All in all, a completely unsatisfactory experience. No explanation, no way to call for an explanation, a total waste of my time.”
