“Good value for clothing but the standard postage it too expensive for the time it takes to arrive, almost a week. Most other places you can get next day for the cost of standard delivery on USC.”

“The only downside to ordering with USC is no free delivery or returns. Even when you spend a considerable amount there is still no offering of free delivery, I spent over £100 and still had to pay delivery whereas with other retailers I am entitled to free delivery and returns. Due to this I will think twice before ordering with USC online again. Many Thanks, Kirsty Smith”

“Quick delivery but sizes arent accurate - website has a standard size guide, but each brand is different. Option of free delivery for orders over £50 would be good, or free collection”
