“Product fine. Paid for next day delivery before 7pm at extra cost and got delivered 2 days later!! So I am out of pocket, won’t use again!!”

“ordered a Hugo Boss t shirt last week and collected it from sportsdirect as requested. But after I collected it I opened the package and it wasn't what I ordered. It was a black hugo boss t shirt but the logo on the chest was a white rectangle with logo in black writing which I think cheapens the top. I was instructed to go to the USC store in East kilbride where I was told that they didn't keep Hugo Boss but the guy who was helpful he thinks maybe it is the wrong image on website. He called your store in Braehead he carefully described the top we were looking for and they confirmed they had it he actually described it twice and he was assured that they did indeed have the top set aside for us. So we then left East Kilbride to travel over to Braehead and when we got there it was the same as the one as I wrongly received. I'm not really one for complaining but as you can see by my previous email that I really needed this for Saturday night for my wife's birthday party and all the running about when I was already short on time has left a bit of a bitter taste as this was my first order with yourselves.”

“Terrible. Bought 2 pairs of vans and not only did they look like fakes, both pairs were quite obviously ex display models as one shoe from each pair had faded making them unwearable. As if you’re going to walk around with 2 different shades of trainers. One white and the other with a ugly yellow tinge. The shoes were discounted but the description never said anything about them being in this condition. Still awaiting refund.”
