“Stinking cloths £5 delivery that takes more than 5 days then £4.50 to return the item as they stink of dusty musty old ware house. Purchased a pair of jeans from these usually I can go in store and buy them but there Denton store has empty shelves where the jeans should be and just a very small choice of sizes that do not fit me. The jeans arrived and they had a smell to them like they had been left in a dirty dusty area for a very long time, I thought for a £60 pair of jeans this is disgusting and not what I paid for. There stores used to be pretty good but now have very little in them but sell more online where they can make the extra from you in over priced delivery charges, then as you need to pay to return I suspect many customer spending £10 and under do not bother to return as they would be out of pocket. If you do not mind paying £5 delivery only to receive items that stink and then have to pay the return then USC is for you but my advice is stay clear of there online. You can not return online purchase to local store they do not make things that simple. Delivery out for delivery did not arrive but shown delivered then later shown a problem next day shown out for delivery again and arrived late in the evening. I understand this is Hermes but that is who USC use to deliver your goods”

“Reaching u is impossible. Ive tried email multiple times. Ive tried facebook. U guys just do not respond and my package didnt arrive because of problems with the address and the courier. I tried to contact you to resolve the issue but like i already said, i got 0 replies.”

“Wasn't too user friendly. First check out didn't go throw at all. I had to do again everything. Delivery is very pricey. I had a faulty shoes what I returned to the shop but they didn't jave any replacement on stock so they gave me a voucher then I had to pay £5 for a shoes. It's not really fair.”
