“About 155 quid worth of clothing missing from parcel sealed with DPD tape arriving a day late. USC don’t seem to be in any rush to resolve the problem. I submitted the online contact form 5 days ago and still haven’t received any acknowledgment. No call, no email, nothing. Had to wait 18 mins in a queue attempting to speak with a customer advisor over the phone who initially provided wrong info. He told me to fill in the contact form and submit pictures of the parcel. Extremely poor customer service. I won’t be placing any more orders. Won’t let the bad experience ruin my holiday in the next few days. I believe many of the items are overpriced. It’s amazing what you can save when you shop around!”

“Faulty item returned to store and didn't have replacement had to order in only at £5 extra charge and wait 8 days only to find the item in stock in sport and soccer where I collected delivery from”

“The process is too slow. For example, I am still waiting for my order to be delivered to store after more than a week since I was advised that my order has been processed. Subsequent orders from other shops were delivered within 3 days.”

“The delivery was left with my neighbour without instruction. The clothes were all different sizes, they were all ordered as small but some were too big and some too small even though they are brands I’ve had before. All products are being returned.”

“Parcel did not arrive!! I paid extra for next day delivery and I’m not unable to reach customer services as I can’t find a contact number (only email) Avoid ordering from this company”

“Easy to order, frustrating when you encounter a delivery problem but can’t contact delivery service without occurring very expensive call rates. We were in and the delivery driver left a card but didn’t use the knocker so frustrating but no contact number for the driver on the card, he must have pressed bell that doesn’t work or make any noise??”

“My order hasn’t even arrived yet & I’m being asked for a review! Shouldn’t take this long to have an item delivered to our local store to collect & no indication of a delivery date on any emails from USC. Won’t be ordering from here again.”
