“One pair of shoes arrived covered in hair. The other, with dirty sticky marks on them. I messaged your customer service page who told me to send clearer pictures despite having included extremely clear pictures in my message. I will ensure I do not purchase from USC in future having been panned off from your customer service team. Shocking service. I don’t expect brand new shoes to arrive with disgusting stains and hair on them.”

“Very good only reason why I wouldn’t put 5* is the delivery charge spending over £100 I’d expect free home delivery.”

“Ordered over two weeks ago for delivery to a local store. Email confirming order then warehouse email but nothing for two weeks to say order is ready for collection. Sports direct is usually in a week. I’m now in my third week with no clue as to when item will be arrive. Go on holiday Friday so will not want item if it arrives after that.”

“USC' delivery time was very quick. I had an issue with an item I had purchased for a birthday present as it was too big so I returned it; the customer service team were very helpful and my refund was processed quickly. Overall a good experience although I would prefer a free return policy.”

“generally good most of the time anything I order is in stock most of the time standard delivery charge of £4.99 regardless of your spend other sites are free over a certain spend apart from that I would recommend USC”

“Hi. I purchased 2 of thatsame t shirts and as you can see from attached pictures, 1 was still perfect in the packaging and 1had clearly been sent out before and no attempt was made to fold it correctly in the packaging.”

“All worked out fine but one issue. Please do not display items that are not in stock after it has been paid for and basket showed item in stock. Not happy about this situation. Need to be aware of such things and update website.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of trainers for my son. I was impressed by the converse trainers. however the other Dunlop trainers had sun damage on the white trims on the right shoe. they were reduced but never stated that they were damaged. I have tried to get some of the discoloration out but still a different colour to the other shoe. I wasn't very impressed with this and because it was going to cost more than i paid for the trainers to return them I haven't bothered. but now I will be sceptical next time I buy any footwear from yourself online.”
