“Bought an item from usc online as i thought it would be easier to rerurn item if need be! Asked in store if i could return to store and was told yes to go back one day later to be told i couldn't return and get my money back i could only get a credit note!!”

“The search is not very convenient. Would be great to be able to search by keywords in the item description. Also, not all items have composition and care instructions displayed. Everything's great otherwise.”

“Service good. I liked the items.The only small (-)..the package...is very poor .,not save for clothes.I oder items from enother shop...they sent them in big box.and also they put items into bags separetely.And I delivery was free But quality of items in your shop is good.”

“Disappointed!!!! Ordered 5 T-shirt’s for my holidays over 2 weeks in advance to a sports soccer store locally. No notifications of delivery store after searching I finally got a contact number for USC. I was told 4 of the 5 shirts had been delivered and could collect from store. Off I went to collect to find only one shirt has been delivered and I can’t have it as order is incomplete. So now I’m over £100 out of pocket with no shirts for my holidays......thanks USC 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“Had my order delivered to a sport direct, didn’t receive email confirming order was ready to collect, so I went in store with my details and order reference number and was told item hadn’t arrived. I said it was over a week ago I made the order and asked if this could be checked. Turns out my order had arrived and was ready to collect!”

“Items returned to store are only refunded in the form of store credit. This is poor and puts me off buying in store. I bought some sliders online and paid for premium ‘DPD’ delivery. The package was delivered in correctly buy ‘my hermes’?”

“Ordered 5 items. Was informed after I'd placed order that one item was now out of stock and was therefore cancelled by USC. When my order arrived in store I opened it up in front of the desk staff to find two items absolutely filthy, so returned them straightaway. The store staff were shocked at the state of the items and looked like one had been stood on several times. Does not each item get checked before being sent out? Very poor service indeed.”

“I ordered 2 pair of jeans, a jacket and two hoodies. (300 euro) it was delivered within 3 days, which was really surprising since i live in sweden. Will buy from them again”
