“I shopped at USC for a pair of Timberland boots. Since I was paying for delivery costs I thought I might as well add something else, so I've added a pair of Converse which I didn't particularly like, but they were on sale. The next day after I placed the order, I received an email saying that they don't have the Timberland boots in stock. I was extremely disappointed, so I immediately called them to cancel my whole order. They said it is impossible and that the only thing I can do is to refuse the parcel from the delivery driver. I couldn't refuse it because it was delivered to my workplace and a colleague accepted it in my name. The problem is the shoes don't even fit. I asked them if they can provide a free return, since I didn't want them in the first place, but they said no. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit and that don't appeal to me much.”

“Bought an item from usc online as i thought it would be easier to rerurn item if need be! Asked in store if i could return to store and was told yes to go back one day later to be told i couldn't return and get my money back i could only get a credit note!!”

“The search is not very convenient. Would be great to be able to search by keywords in the item description. Also, not all items have composition and care instructions displayed. Everything's great otherwise.”

“Disappointed!!!! Ordered 5 T-shirt’s for my holidays over 2 weeks in advance to a sports soccer store locally. No notifications of delivery store after searching I finally got a contact number for USC. I was told 4 of the 5 shirts had been delivered and could collect from store. Off I went to collect to find only one shirt has been delivered and I can’t have it as order is incomplete. So now I’m over £100 out of pocket with no shirts for my holidays......thanks USC 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡”

“Had my order delivered to a sport direct, didn’t receive email confirming order was ready to collect, so I went in store with my details and order reference number and was told item hadn’t arrived. I said it was over a week ago I made the order and asked if this could be checked. Turns out my order had arrived and was ready to collect!”

“Items returned to store are only refunded in the form of store credit. This is poor and puts me off buying in store. I bought some sliders online and paid for premium ‘DPD’ delivery. The package was delivered in correctly buy ‘my hermes’?”
