“Charged more than the price on label. Was £75 but item had a £60 sale ticket yet when i bought my shirt was charged full price. I did get a refund”

“For starters I didn’t like the delivery options available. Then when the purchase arrived I wasn’t impressed with the item and so decided to send it back. Oh well this had to be done at my own expense. In today’s world this seems a ridiculous way of doing business. Needless to say, I will never ever bother to gamble on purchasing anything from your website, and will surely advise everyone else to avoid you like the plague!”

“Rubbish service, paid for next day delivery took a week to be delivered only after hassling customer service. When delivered wrong item has been sent. Total disaster and still waiting for correct item. Would never use again.”

“Received everything I ordered only thing I paid next day delivery as it was birthday gifts and got them a day late but I contacted customer service through email they refunded me my next day delivery charge and apologised for the delay I appreciate how quickly they dealt with it and I will definitely be ordering more items again soon”
