“I love the USC but i had to order 3 times jeans cause after few days they recognised that those jeans are out of stocks.Fortunatly those orders were not urgent.I hope the 4. jean order is not gonna be out of stock.”

“Ordered a pair of (sparkly) ladies converse (from the ladies category) in size 7(W) but somehow ended up with them in a mens size 9? Too late to return them before Xmas so lets hope the girlfriend doesn't notice or doesn't mind her shoes being extra roomy! Merry Xmas ya filthy animals lol.”

“You dont deal with complaints at all. Have appalling customer service. Dont reply to my emails or support me to return an item when you clearly ripped me off by £28. Charged me £90 and the item turns up with a sale sticker!”

“The product arrived however the packaging was all ripped open and the box not in tack at all! The underwear were scrunched up in a ball so we’re creaswd and not folded neatly like you’d expect them to be when purchasing new! Very disappointed.”
