“Trainers exactly as ordered and came sooner than said but I think its ridiculous in this day and age that they still charge £5.00 for delivery to store! I know they give a £5 voucher but people do not want that especially people like myself who only buys for their husband its a waste of £5. I also think £5 delivery in this day compared to other companies is excessive.”

“Not happy at all with usc. Not only did I have to pay £5 delivery for the online order but had to pay a further £5 to return the item as it was poor quality and far too big. No option to return to store or postage paid retuns slip. I will never buy from here again and will spread the word on social media to put others off from making the same mistake.”

“Was totally embarrassed when I went to collect my parcel! Walked out and the alarm had gone off as they’d left the tags on the items inside my parcel! Wasn’t best pleased. Then got home to find some of my items missing.!”

“Ordered a Ted Baker purse and arranged for it to be delivered to collect at shop as I work full time and didn't want to miss the parcel. On the day of delivery I got a message saying unable to deliver to shop and that it would be sent straight back to USC and refunded. How can it not be delivered to a shop and if by some misfortune the shop had vanished why couldnt it be re-delivered. I now have to go out and get the item from somewhere else. Will not order from USC again.”
