“Hi there it was very fast shipping that was good one thing my Levi’s t shirt I bought look different from the picture online the colour was faded and look old I payed 20 pound for this I cannot send it back as am going on holiday this week for a month that’s why i bought this t shirt I bought 100 pound worth item the one I was really waiting to wear was this Levi’s t shirt which am very disappointed”

“The product I received from my online order was in perfect condition, however the box I got was torn apart and I had to use lots of tape to secure the box. As a present I thought it would be a lovely shoe box but instead I had to explain to the recipient that it must have been delivery when the back was hardly crinkled I thought not. Can’t fault the shoes he loved them regardless just slightly annoying :)”

“Ordered 4 items, advised 1 out of stock, so received 3, which was great. When package arrived, bag was damaged & had a hole in revealing an item. Opened packaging to find only 1 item was in a sealed bag, 1 item had fell out of its packaging & the other had just been put in, which was the item showing through the hole! Luckily not damaged as all items are gifts.”

“I’ve yet to receive the trainers as Hermes have called to deliver 3 times when I’m out at work. I need them to make contact with me to arrange a time when I am at home for delivery Can you assist as the trainers are a Christmas present?”
