“Terrible. Not only did the packaging come extremely battered and the clothes creased, but the security tag was left on meaning I had to take it in to the shop to get it removed. Never had such a bad service. Would not recommend.”

“1st if all your delivery takes ages to dispatch and also said that it had been delivered when i hadnt recieved it, and then the next day i actually got it. Also sorry your sizes do not match the description.”

“Ordered some jack Jones tops for him in doors for Xmas as little extras, but the sizes were really small ? He is a large and even the xlarge wasn't any good ? The quality was really good . So I returned them next day and they prossesed the refund next day when they received the parcel, which was good service ( didn't have to chase them like you normally have to do with others). Lost out on the postage though both ways.”

“I haven’t received my order costing £80.49 I’m still awaiting it . My neighbour saw it on my doorstep when I came home it was gone . USC are taking along time to sort it out . Very disappointed”

“Ordered a pair of Adidas trainers. One of the shoes has been worn. You can tell it has been worn, it is dirty. Not happy at all as these were for a present. I will be returning them, and I will not be ordering from you again.”
