“Very bad customer service methods. Firstly, I never received a confirmation email so I tried multiple times and ways to contact to try to see what was happening and had no luck and no response. I tried calling a number that was listed for you and actually ended up being charged to call this! Only did I know I was actually going to receive my items when I got a text saying I could pick them up in a few days. When this day came around, I got another text saying there was a delay till tomorrow. Tomorrow came and the same thing happened again. Need to update the ways that people can contact as I had no idea what was going on and was very unhelpful!”

“Spent over £100 receive £20 e voucher (Black Friday deal). Took nearly 2 weeks to send out, ignored all my emails to cancel due to time waited and sent it out. Did not honour the deal as they conveniently left some trainers off to bring the order below £100. Once cancelled told me would be up to 4 wks to receive my refund. I had to find number online to ring and they do not respond to emails. Terrible service wont use them online or visit their shops again. *DO NOT RECCOMMEND*”

“It’s hard to review a product when I didn’t receive it. I ordered my item which got returned to USC due to the collection point being full. Although a refund was given back, i didn’t receive my postage fee back. Not a massive amount of £5 but I guess if USC do this to every customer they’ll be pretty well off! Won’t be shopping with USC again. I have no product, £5 down and had to spend time going to buy again. Poor service”

“Dissapointed in USC I received a birthday code for a discount. I’m trying to use it was invalid. I contacted USC who took a few days to reply, then the reply was we can’t help with your question contact customer support. Which I did who then took several days to reply which I got code only works on full price items! By then I’ve purchased my item at full price May I add!! And code still hadn’t worked.. so don’t even try use a code they don’t work look else where.”

“You're quick enough asking me to review the product but still haven't replied to my emails telling you it hasn't arrived yet! When it does, I'll tell you about. So far, customer service is appalling and you are virtually uncontactable.”

“USC's communication is terrible. Once i had ordered my goods i did not hear from them with an order confirmation for 4 days (when you go on their website it is almost impossible to contact them), and then the delivery was late, all in all it took 7 days for my order to reach it's collection point VERY poor service.”
