“Processed an order i cancelled, debited my account by £60, advised me to refuse the order for a full refund which i did at the start of last week, to date i am still waiting for a refund! There is no phone number to call in case of a problem, everything is done slowly via email, i wont be using USC online again, my first order was wrong too, there will not be a 3rd order online, ill still to going in the shop, terrible online service!”

“I have ordered 2 t-shirts, they arrived very late looking like second hand clothes. White one all dirty like someone wiped the floor with it. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered 2 items, a t-shirt and men's trainers.I was sent 2 different trainers !! I was unaware that I had to pay to send them back as it was the company that made the mistake in the first place.I did not send them back as it will cost me even more money and it was a Xmas present so unsure whether I would even get them in time.Would not use this company again.”
