“I am still waiting to hear back. I ordered some size 8 converse for a Christmas’s gift, a size 9 was sent in a size 8 box. I emailed and 3 days late some one emailed me to ask for photos. Which I promptly sent. Am still waiting to see what happens next....... Have a feeling it will it be sorted for Christmas now!!!!!”

“I went into a USC shop for the first time in Tunbridge Wells two weeks ago. The young lady on the shop floor was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. Great service. Unfortunately my size was not in stock however she wrote down the product code for me to order online. I am very happy with my new Rockport boots which I have never come across before. Very comfy and smarter than Timberlands in my eyes. Thank you”
