“I received my order of a shirt and a pair of shorts, both of which are absolutely fine. My trainers only turned up with the left foot in the box. Not a lot of use unless I want to hop everywhere! I emailed customer service and almost a week later I still haven't had anyone contact me to resolve the problem. Not very happy with the after service!!!!!”

“Purchasing online was easy. However, when the goods arrived the box had a price £10 cheaper than the webprice I paid. When I queried this with customer services I was told that I agreed to pay what was on the website. My interpretation of this is that if I was able to go to a USC store I would have been able to purchase the boots at 50% of the price on the box.”
