“The only thing I’m think of is the delivery like any other online shopping should be limited like if u spend more than £30 or £50 get free delivery other than that Excellent service and great quality items I can’t get any happier”

“I made my order on 26 April and still haven’t received my goods and USC have written to me to make a review. All in all very poor. I would give 0 out of 5 for customer service.”

“Shopping experience was great . However the Lyle and Scott junior grey shorts I bought and ordered to be delivered to sports direct are a different shade of grey to the matching sweatshirt bought weeks earlier. It’s not immediately obvious but once my child had them on and the labels off I noticed . Otherwise delivery was quick”

“Very poor customer service. Emailed over a week ago and still waiting for a response. Paid £6.99 extra for next day delivery which didn’t happen. Same in store asked for a specific item gave me the wrong thing didn’t realise till I got home store (BIRKENHEAD) wouldn’t except responsibility. Dnt give refunds even if there mistake had to accept a credit note nhence my experience online. Will not shop here again.”

“When you order a item they are always wrong size,colour or different to what you ordered this isn't a good service I ordered a pair of jeans lenght 34 when measured they were a 32 your goods must be seconds?”

“Really good service, I was able to track my parcel from the start to the end. The only downside is the returns policy, a little bit expensive to send it back, but really quick refund with no problems.”
