“Unfortunately we have not received the goods ordered. We had a notification that the parcel was delivered to a neighbor but it wasn’t. The tracking doesn’t say what number house it was delivered to - so we haven’t received what we ordered”

“Would rather put no stars due to the fact what I ordered wasn’t packaged properly. There was no bag for the item just came in a plastic envelope. Then the alarm tag was still attached. The item was also dirty. When I tried to exchange which I resent same day. Turns out they are now out of stock! Will not be shopping with usc again.”

“My delivery from usc didn't arrive on time was 2 days late I payed next day delivery however wasnt usc fault was the hermes delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver my parcel on the two occasions he was meant to, I contacted usc and they were great I got my next day delivery charge back in my bank within 2 days of contact, so I'm satisfied with that will definitely be ordering again soon.”

“So the quality of the product I brought were fab! I loved them... accept they cancelled my order of my jumper due to low stock (which I can perfectly understand) but, gave me no option to choose another jumper instead. Now, I’ll have to pay another £5 delivery which I don’t really want to do (and probably won’t).”

“Extreamly unhappy with the service ordered some goods for my self as I'm disabled and struggle to get out the house. My daughter wanted a hid die which I also ordered which was for her birthday and it never turned up. I been accused off lien about this and struggling to resolve this problem as I'm unable to leave house to print off a letter that apparently need me to sign to try and process the problem. I have spent hundreds with you in the past and advised friends and family to use you but because off this I'm very unlikely to use again or reccomened to anyone”

“Don’t bother buying from here. The fitting and quality is terrible. They sent me a top with a hole in it. Also if you do choose to buy from them, check your delivery charge as it’s probably more that you think and they won’t refund you!”
