“Don’t know how my item is because you use a crappy delivery service so it never arrived. Hermes. I’ve had to reorder to a click and collect store so am now out of pocket until you refund the money for the original purchase and I’ve had to pay postage twice”

“Got delivered the wrong item. Shoes that were delivered arrived lying in the bottom of the bag box etc was opened. Shoes that were delivered are also damaged. Shoes were specially chosen by someone for their birthday, their birthday is now on Tuesday and there is no present sorted. Tried calling customer services numerous times, automated lady told me to call back later, tried emailing and still no response. I will not be paying the return cost as this is out of my control. First image is the damaged shoes I received, second image is the shoes I ordered. VERY VERY unimpressed.”
