“Item arrived and all fine and as described. I paid for next day delivery, unfortunately thats not what I got, it took two days, 24 hours late, I wouldn't be too bothered if I hadn't paid the extra for next day.”

“The item was delivered well before the predicted date of delivery. The packaging was adequate but the trainers look a bit cheap and not as I believed they would be but this could be how they are manufactured.”

“Really like the choice of clothes on offer and for a reasonable price. I just think the price of delivery is quite high compared to other stores that offer online shopping (paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive for 2 days, a little petty I know but I paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day. Also understand that it’s a busy time of year)”

“Ordered for Christmas for my partner, on Christmas eve when I was wrapping presents, I had ordered joggers for him size xl, I opened a pair to take out of wrapping only to find they were size xs!!! But in an xl bag. Now having previously returned an item last year as it was too big - having to pay for delivery (which I don't have a problem with) having to pay to return it, I got no replacement and no refund either, so decided to keep the joggers as they fit me”

“The stuff I wanted was in stock , like the variety us has online. Don't think they should charge for you to click and collect tho as probably having it alongside a delivery to the store anyway. .”
