“Great value for money, fast delivery too. Internal packaging (plastic bags) cut open & user friendly price stickers would be good as the ones used difficult to remove (goods used for gifts) but overall a really good site to purchase from”

“A reasonable range of products, altho' didn't have entirely what I required - the website first denied purchase of more than one specific T shirt, & when said item was bought, I received a summary cancelletion of that very same product (with a relatively rapid refund - thank you), I cannot deny that I was disappointed. Naturally, I can appreciate that stock levels may vary, but on an initial online transaction, it wasn't the best experience.”

“Delayed delivery even though I paid for next day. No notifications of delayed items at all until I contacted USC. Email says they will update me on despatch but never had an email back. Very poo communication”

“I ordered a white polo shirt and received a blue vest top. Was not impressed. Then had to pay had to pay for the postage for the items return..awaiting acknowledgement of return and refund or correct item! Very disappointing...”

“Firetrap Shirt arrived faulty, buttons missing and some hanging off. Had to send back as faulty goods as shop doesn't take returns and charged package costs, even though paid for them to be delivered to the shop what a joke”

“Love the item but when delivered left on doorstep I live on a main road and when opened water logged coat not damaged but all paper work is , didn’t open straight away as a Xmas present so would have been extremely wet when delivered”
