“I ordered a pair of shoes, jeans and a jumper. I payed the extra money to ensure my items arrived by Thursday last week. It's now Tuesday the week after and I still have not received my shoes nor had any sort of explanation. When this is read, I want a full refund and someone to contact me as this poor level of service is unacceptable. I will not shop with us again, total loss of confidence”

“I had a problem with the Vans trainers I ordered, one trainer was brand new and the other was faded and almost looked like a different colour. I intend on taking them back for a refund, but I will have to pay for delivery again if I want them. But i could still end up with the same issue. If it is possible to get another pair delivered to me without the delivery charge, then i would be happy to re-order. Thanks”

“Buying items on-line was good, website very easy to use. Delivery was very good, easy tracking and good communication from courier. Items received were as shown on the website - good quality, well presented and sized. Had to return one item due to ordering the wrong size - took item back to local shop - excellent customer service. All in all, very pleased with whole experience. Thank you.”
