“After ordering on a few occasions, this time has not been a great service. Received an email to say my £242 order was on its way, 12 items. To receive a delivery of only 1 item. Waited a few days to see if usc would contact me, nothing had to email to be told thete was a delay in picking my order. Waited another 4 days before receiving an email to say my order was on its way. Recieve it and theres still an item missing...another email sent to customer services.”

“I order 4 shoes. Good quality. But the sizes are too big. I am a size 41 but they fitted my friend who's a size 42.it was Ben Sharman and H by Hudson brand. It should say on the site about about buying a size below your normal size. I wanted to return them but I have to pay for that. Will give the shoes away as I can't wear them”

“Ordered 3 items and paid for next day delivery although missed cut off time so it would be the day after but not a problem.only one item turned up on the Saturday morning with no e-mails or phone calls explaining missing 2 items!!after numerous phone calls at my expense and being lied to on two occasions by their customer service agents finally cancelled the remaining order and got a full refund!!!do not use the company for any online ordering!!!!”
