“Ordered two pairs sliders same make same size and paid for next day delivery as going on holiday. Two completely different sizes arrived. Called customer services but said their phones down, emailed but got no response. Had to drive an hour to swap them at shop. Disgusting online service”

“Picture says it all paid for next day delivery giving it enough time to arrive for a b day present! Day 8 and I guess I will get a text with a delivery slot I will wait in after delivery time I will get a slight delay appear when I chase it online! Slight delay isn’t the word 😞 please visit other site where reviews are accurate and up to date! No one is getting their delivery!!!”

“Received my item for pick up at store, once opened and tried on the jacket was too big so have sent back to the address given on returns sheet inside order. USC Republic retail ltd Unit B, Brook Park East, Meadow Lane, Shirebrook. NG20 8RY Requesting and exchange the item was signed for by a C SLANEY”

“Bought 2 pairs of jeans. One pair in perfect condition, second pair, no labels, white bleach marks and coloured stains indicating they'd been worn. Had to pay the return postage which is a joke.”

“The shop itself was not very helpful, I tried to purchase the trainers there but they had a dirty mark on the front of one. They didn't even offer to see if they had anymore. This is why I purchased online and had to pay delivery, which I was not too pleased with.”

“one shoe was faulty where the sole was not stuck down on shoe and son could not get shoe without the sole lining rolling up Ordered children's shoes a few times and always been happy with purchase but this time it is faulty - please check shoes before despatch. There was also no invoice / despatch note in my parcel.”
