“I placed an order and the tracking stated there was a delay so allow 24 hours . It’s been the same for a week now and I phoned usc customer service and was told they will look into this . Nothing has been done about it and still haven’t received my order.”

“I had to wait over a week to receive my clothes, i then had to ask for my next day delivery charge to be reimbursed 3 different times, also there was no offer of a good will gesture considering how late my delivery was”

“IT WAS TERRIBLE, got told it would be 3-5 working days then turns out my parcel went to the incorrect depot, then it was delayed , and then when it did eventually come after over a week, it didn’t come in the 10-12 time bracketn it was meant to ; then I got told it would come the next working day, to which it came a few hours after. Pathetic service”

“I am very happy with the items and the shipping processing time but I am very unhappy that I cannot choose the delivery carrier because the company that delivers always has issues with my packages so it ruins the whole experience. I know there is or is not a connection but given my past and most recent experience I will need to not order anymore as it becomes a hassle. Overall if you don't need to deal with the delivery company the service is good from USC.”

“Was very difficult to speak to your customer service team. Trying to find a contact number on website was impossible and kept going round in circles trying to find it. Speedy delivery but wasn’t told it was coming in two lots.”

“I paid for next day delivery and it turns up a week later!! Reason I paid for next day delivery was we going on holiday and the things I ordered was for my daughter.. I sent a email and was told it wasn't your fault!? Well it wasn't my fault that's for sure! This is not the first time either!”

“I got the converse white leather and it the left shoe was warn and ,dirty with dust and scratches on the front of the show and the Levi's white leather you I could see like someone tried to repair the white part with something and you can see the colour difference it's like they use glue ore a different kind off white paint to cover the defect but I can see it was damaged ☹️”

“I ordered 12 pieces of CK2 30ml. at GBP 148.87 on 16-Jun-19 (to be delivered to my son at boarding school). After that, I received an email informed that 1 piece of the product is temporary out of stock. I just knew from my son that he received the parcel (11 pieces of CK2 30ml.) on 18-Jun. I expected to receive a refund from USC soon. But, it is about a week that I have not heard anything from USC about my refund or what you will do about ths issue. It would be very much apprecated if you can help me on this. Thank you very much.”
