“Paid extra for next day delivery and it took a week to receive the gifts intended to be received in time for father's day. Items purchased arrived separately and so missed delivery of some of the items. One item was packaged like someone had played football with it in the warehouse. Promised a refund for the delivery and chased but this hasn't materialised.”

“The product it arrive to late, should arrive 1 or 2 days after but cake after one week and this is not right as in website they said delivery in 1 day.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered 2 tops, 1 a gift. Told order was dispatched and arrived, when i opened the delivery the 1 most wanted the gift. Not told it was not sent, had to chase up via email, it was in stock, to receive an e mail 1 week later to say sorry now not in stock. I would not have ordered if i knew this, certainly not paid 4.99 delivery for 1 item. Not happy at all.”

“The shoes came and one had been on display, I don't recall seeing anywhere that I would be getting a display shoe. It was discolored compared to the other. However for £9 it wasn't a massive issue.”

“This was the fourth time I’ve used home delivery service by USC via HERMES delivery company and I can only speak personally of my experience. All deliveries arrived on time and the last two were delivered within 2 days of me placing the order. Would I recommend USC home delivery service again, of course I will, so hopefully USC will continue to place their customers at the head of their companies priorities with their customer service.”

“The products are perfect but the post cost too much. Even DHL tax is high here in albania. The only thing that makes me not to buy anymore is my state customs tax. If the product that i buy costs more than 20£ the tax is applied. But if we find a solution and you make the bill less than 20 than i am very satisfied. Ps: i will pay the real price of corse”

“Uniformity for sizes is rubbish. Ordered 2 separate brands in the same size and the difference was incredible. 1 brand was perfect and I would suggest the other brand was about 2 sizes too small and then you have to pay for the return of the item. Won’t be using them again. Seems like it’s great value but you pay for delivery and undoubtedly the return as well.”
