“My first order came very prompt with 3 days of me placing my order, I ordered late on Saturday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday, but my 2nd order has come with a security tag still attached and I have had to make two phone calls to sort things out, due to an email with a free post address not being sent out when I was told it would be. the 1st and 2nd emails came together the day after.”

“Very happy with clothes, quality and style and fit. Very good sale, was amazed at the prices I was getting items for. The only negative side was the returns procedure, you have to send returns back via post and pay for this yourself so I purchased around. 20 items but had to send a few back and it cost me 13 quid postage. This would make me think twice before ordering again which is ashame. Most other companies I have used give you a free post address label”

“The clothes sold are usually good quality at a competitive price. Items arrive on time. However I am concerned about USC's connection to Sports Direct and their abhorrent working conditions. So based on my own ethical values I will now cease to shop at USC until Sports Directs has gone over and above what is expected to prove they are a company of moral standing. By this I don't just mean providing back pay for workers, not just excelling in customer service but also raising the standards of your employees. Regards, Luke.”
