Good Morning, Your order was placed on 3/17 and tracking was emailed to you on that same day. Tracking indicates that it was delivered to your mailbox on 3/20 at 11:26am. I have no notes or recored that indicate you have called in saying you have not received this item.

“Highly recommend. Inadvertently ordered a part that would not work on my sxs. They actually called me to make sure that part was actually the one I intended to buy. They corrected my mistake and shipped the correct part. Saved me the whole return process. The parts I ordered fit and worked perfectly.”

“Staff was great when ordering initially, and items were received very quickly - one was received the next day. Had to return a couple things - not because of any problems with the items, just decided to get something different. Return process was a little time consuming, but went through ok. Again - staff was great and products were shipped quickly. Would order from UTV Direct again without hesitation.”
