“I called the customer service number because I needed help with the product that was suppose to be in stock via an email, but when I tried to order it, it was out of stock. The customer service fellow was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I appreciated that.”

“A ton of great products, and shipping is very fast. Unfortunately, when you put in your make and model, you get products that are for models that are close to what you enter. So make sure you read the description closely or you’ll end up with something that may not fit your model.”

“The projects on the website seem to be high quality and functional. Customer service now so much. When ordering my headache rack for my Kawasaki ridge, I asked a specific question regarding the winch clearing the bed with the bed tilted and was given the answer that it absolutely will when it does not. Also due to poor shipping hardware was missing from a damaged box which I sent numerous emails and had a number of phone calls with photographs and were just asked to do it over and over a number of times instead of just sending me the missing pieces so I can get this thing installed. If asked would I recommend utv direct, I'm not sure at this point.”

“My recent purchases were okay but when I wanted to buy a ranch armour front bumper for my CFMOTO highland xl the price was accecptable but the shipping is ridicoulious so I guess I will not buy .”

“I wanted a plow strap for a Can am defender and the web site brought me to a Polaris plow strap ? So I ended up returning the 98.00 dollar parts. When I looked again it brought me to a $39.00 strap that works.”

“Didn't have the plow on an hour and lost one mounting pinand the right foot bracket was welded on wrong and won't hold the foot up straight. Now it digs into the gravel drive. Lost one of the blade position blocks. I can't see the Teflon nut backing off, so I think bolt broke when springs pulled blade back maybe. For the most part, I like the plow. Its done a good job.”

“The Plastic clamps for attaching the rear window to the frame cage post didn’t work. I had to use some old Velcro straps I had. When I checked with your customer for help with providing Velcro straps the person would not help me.”

“I was very disappointed from the start to the finish of installing. First off nothing was mentioned about installing the nut seats and the hour to install. Is way off! After it's all installed I find that the back is cut on an angle Looks like he'll! Check the pictures! Would definitely not recommend!”
