“It was easy to order and navigate the site. I just wish you didn’t ship with Fed Ex. They are the worst in my opinion. I can’t answer most of the questions because I don’t have it yet. Fed Ex again!”

“I was impressed at first but after I received my plow I was not told of the factory back order for the mount, leaving me with a thousand dollar purchase that sat in my drive way for almost a month until a plate came in. Over all easy to deal with, American people on the phone, I’m in happy it took so long but I’ll give 3/5 for having Americans answering the phone!”

“The company is good however on shipping my package has been sitting in Ohio at the same place for 5 days. Now. I tell the company about it and they say it'll get to you. Well that's not a very good dang response. Maybe call this stupid post office and figure out why it's sitting in the same place for 5 days. I need my package so that I can file my damn snow. The company didn't really seem to care about my shipping concerns”

“Nice web site and you can enter your vehicle info etc... But the descriptions of the items can be lacking in details. For example, I purchased a roof from my Polaris Ranger and once I received the item the directions mention the roof is not meant for long distance trailering and suggest that 60 MPH on non HWY roads was acceptable. Non ofthis was listed in the description on the UTV Direct web site. That does not really fly in a state like Texas where you travel long distances on highways with your UTV in tow.”

“When I purchased my parts and paid for them, it said 3 to 5 business days. Then I received an email stating they were on backorder for almost 3 weeks. Which still I have not received.”

“Shopping process wasn’t bad but when my parts started to arrive I was shorted mounting brackets for the windshield that I ordered. I’m still waiting for the missing brackets and the rest of the parts that I originally ordered. Hope to see everything soon so I can install it all.”

“Like the sight. Just wish it was easier to log into and also to use my garage. I have yet to be able to figure out how to even use that feature. And login to account sucks. You have to find it. Not on the first page like most other sights.”

“It was easy to find what I was looking for & make the purchase on your website... However, the product arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS...? The online ad said "Easy Installation" but the product arrived with "0" installation instructions? it took us a few days and the assistance of our adult children to guide us to a YouTube video to find out how to install our new door bags. For the Price I would have thought some simple instructions could have been included.”
