“Like the sight. Just wish it was easier to log into and also to use my garage. I have yet to be able to figure out how to even use that feature. And login to account sucks. You have to find it. Not on the first page like most other sights.”

“It was easy to find what I was looking for & make the purchase on your website... However, the product arrived with NO INSTRUCTIONS...? The online ad said "Easy Installation" but the product arrived with "0" installation instructions? it took us a few days and the assistance of our adult children to guide us to a YouTube video to find out how to install our new door bags. For the Price I would have thought some simple instructions could have been included.”

“Ike in your customer service has made sure I don't buy anything else. He was rude and told me he hoped I never bought anything from there again. All because one of my orders was not trackable. After he hung up on me, I called back and a sweet lady helped me out with no issues. Wish this didn't happen.”

“Super UTV Direct did not warranty soft cab cover zipper. Purchased November of last year, didn't use all summer and housed in garage so no weather abuse. Called in December (1 yr warranty was up) with zero help from them. Purchased half (hard) doors from UTV Direct and cut off soft doors to "make it work". UTV Direct was very helpful and shipped out hard doors same day. Short of some bolts upon arrival but working with UTV Direct was good. Not so good with Super UTV Direct.”

“Purchased the KFI plow kit. The winch arrived DOA. utv direct would not replace it and asked me to contact Warn directly. Why should the customer have to contact a manufacturer for a dead out of the box product they utv direct sold me? We went around for awhile then they finally sent me a replacement. However not a pleasant experience first doing business with utv direct. Also original shipping was sent out from three of four different warehouses. However I only was only provided one tracking number and they never responded to my requests for sending me the remaining tracking numbers. Again not a very good first time customer experience.”

“The overall experience was good but my only issue is the show shipping. Almost 2 weeks to recieve something is pretty slow these days. Other vendors usual ship within a day of my orders.”
