“Purchased the KFI plow kit. The winch arrived DOA. utv direct would not replace it and asked me to contact Warn directly. Why should the customer have to contact a manufacturer for a dead out of the box product they utv direct sold me? We went around for awhile then they finally sent me a replacement. However not a pleasant experience first doing business with utv direct. Also original shipping was sent out from three of four different warehouses. However I only was only provided one tracking number and they never responded to my requests for sending me the remaining tracking numbers. Again not a very good first time customer experience.”

“First off the company is great with their fast shipping but the products don't match well and what I mean by that is I purchased a heater for my side-by-side according to the options that were given to me for my model and I also purchased a electric windshield for the same model but they don't work together When installed exactly how they are supposed to be installed according to the specs given the windshield closes so that the defrost vents are actually blowing on the outside of the window that's why the three star if I'm paying over $1000 the product should match and line up correctly but I have to admit the shipping was phenomenal fast”

“When ordering an Inferno heater for my 2019 Polaris General, the description said to refer to the drop down menu for correct heater. The drop down menu should list 2019 General with stereo. It only shows the stereo option for 2020+ Sent the incorrect heater back for exchange. After 3 weeks found out the issued a credit. Ordered the correct heater and cost an extra $35, first heater had a discount that didn’t transfer to the new order.”
