“Poly rear window not worth buying. Recommend glass. Received poly rear window and not covered by warranty after protective plastic removed. You can't tell if already scratched until you remove it then warranty no good. So I wasted 250 bucks. I won't purchase nothing from UTV again.”

“I bought a bumper and it did not correctly fit my machine as the description said it would. I contacted customer service to initiate a return and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and I asked for install instructions. The instructions do not even match the model of my machine. I am disappointed and will not use utvdirect again.”

“Ordered a windshield for my side by side and after ordering it was told it was on back order so I waited and on the day it was supposed to be shipped it was delayed again this time only for a few days. When I got my package and opened it the windshield was broken in two different places. Waiting to see what needs to been done next.”

“Bought a windshield . 2 weeks later SuperATV had it TWO HUNDRED dollars cheaper..UTVDirect had it 70 bucks cheaper. They did nothing when I asked about it, in fact . In fact the tone of the responses was a bit rude and sarcastic. I've never dealt with a company that wouldn't honor a 30 day price guarantee. I probably won't be buying anything else.from this company.”
