My order seems to be going all over the united state's it has been in 3 state's once going right past my address, I will never use your company again if I don't soon get my package to me. PLEASE SEND ME MY ORDER!!!

While web navigation was good and delivery of product timely, the return process was a nightmare and return shipping costs are paid by the consumer unlike Amazon or other UTV aftermarket vendors ....will not use this company again

I have a 2015 Polaris Ranger XP 900 could not find any mirrors to fit my UTV found this website, saw where they had mirrors that look like they would fit, so I proceeded to contact this business and even sent pictures of my unit to verify to make sure that they would fit, and they assured me that it would fit and they did fit, but he did not tell me that you couldn’t see the mirror that’s on the passenger side from the driver seat and so I was very upset if I was told that from the beginning I would have never bought the unit so guess it’s my fault for not asking more questions. I’ll never buy anything from this place again.

I purchased a back glass for my 2025 CF Moto u10. When I was checking out, it asked for the year make and model of my unit which I provided. They ask for this to ensure that their part will fit your unit. When it arrived, we realized it did not fit. I immediately reached out to customer service and filled out a return form. Within a few days, I received word that I could return for a refund, but that I would have to pay for my own shipping. Shipping ranged between $150-$225 for the size, shape, and weight of the box. The product itself was $250 plus tax which came out to around $270. I would not recommend for anyone to purchase from UTV direct since they cannot provide shipping labels for their customers for returns when it was their responsibility to make sure the part for said unit fit properly.

The shipping said 3-6 days. My order was placed on the 19th and it showed up today the 2nd not very pleased with shipping tracking information not being available. Not one update about it being late either

Sent me a snow plow kit for Polaris ranger when I ordered one for a RZR. There’s a snow storms lined up for a week and I have no way to clear it from my house or my sick parents driveway. I can’t just order a mount without buying an entire new plow. Customer service unavailable. 🖕utv direct. What a joke.

I paid for express delivery to receive it by last Weds becoause I was taking a trip where I needed the covers but it didn't come until thge next day.

I recently purchased a roof and rear windshield and a set of doors for my utv. No instructions for any of them and the roof and rear windshield had to be modified to fit.

How about a policy that when an item goes on sale within 30 days of purchase a customer can request a price adjustment. Better yet, give advanced notice of an upcoming sale. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.

The mobile version of the website listed a closeout item as being non-returnable at the bottom of the page. When browsing the internet for fenders a search result brought me directly to the part I wanted. I scrolled to Add to Cart and placed my order. I never saw the closeout disclosure until after I initiated the return and was told that it is a closeout item. I then returned to the mobile website and saw it at the very bottom. If I would have scrolled further and saw that I would have never ordered it. This type if information should be displayed first thing on that item's web page. I feel as if I was duped. The customer service after wanted to charge me $45 to for their shipping cost then I was asked to pay a "discounted" shipping label of $52! The total order was only $165 to begin with! The mobile page was badly designed and is deceiving because it allowed me to order before seeing the disclosure at the bottom. I am extremely dissatisfied and will continue to let others know of the poor customer service. This is not how a company brings in future sales, by making a customer pay for what is ultimately a mistake on the company's end. Fix your website so it's CLEAR people know what they're signing up for. I never received a refund and now stuck with this unopened part that I didn't end up needing.

Your ad showed two belts I pd 140 for one belt I could of bought the same belt for 79 I don’t like false advertising belt is already installed because I didn’t want to miss any more time hunting but not happy at all & will not be recommending your company

Ordered a back windshield for a Pioneer. It did not work correctly. I requested to send it back. I had to pay the shipping and a restock fee. I lost right at $100 for nothing.

Everything I ordered from utv direct came with missing pieces and or parts that didn’t work( ex. Fine thread nuts for coarse thread bolts)
