The having to call to get things shipped to another address is an inconvenience, I understand the reasoning for this, but I won’t buy from here again. The gentleman who handles this side of the business is hard to get a hold of and unprofessional when trying to get things shipped.

Even though I appartently placed an incorrect order and I was warned no refund, would have nice to know that I was wrong by email. I believe I put my 22 Honda Pinoneer 1000-5 in the comments, there was nothing to tell that you don’t have to fit my unit. Enjoy my funds.

I bought these doors and then actually bought a new UTV. I called to cancel the shipment. They told me I could not cancel because they had already been shipped. I said it is just in the shipping department just pull them. They would not. So I was going to refuse the delivery. The rep Christy Fielder told me not to so I asked for labels to return. She said ok but never heard back from her. So the next week I had my friend help me bring the massive boxes to return. Over $600. What a huge mistake this was to buy from this company.

Beware of the return policy! Just make sure you know what you are getting into in case you do need to send something back. You will pay the shipping to send it back., which in my case was $81.00 and then if you received free shipping when you purchased they will take what it would have cost them to ship it off your refund. While that is understandable you never know how much that will actually be. In my case, I had to contact them to find out what my refund amount was because I received nothing saying if my refund was processed or an amount. The charge was another $40.00 which they then took off the price before they charge tax. So you also do not get the full amount of tax that you paid back! While it may be a few dollars total it is tax you have paid for an item returned, you should be getting your full tax amount back. So about a $120.00 lesson learned. So just beware. I most definitely will not be ordering again!

I purchased a side curtain enclosure for a side by side RZR. The shipment was held up so ended up buying another locally because of a planned trip, As of yet I can not get anyone from your company to call me back after numerous tries. We would like to return this item for credit. Could you please have someone contact me so we can work out the details of the return? Thanks Marv 406 799 2618

It’s been a month and haven’t received my whole order. Haven’t heard a word on when the test is gonna show up. Just left in the dark. If I could give zero stars I would. Would love to know when the rest is gonna show up.

The windshield I purchased for my UTV was completely scratched up out of the box. I would not purchase products from UTV Direct again.

"Poor return policy" After two phone calls with a factory regarding an improper fitting tire mount and a request for a return here is the response I got. I definitely see your concerns, but between FactoryUTV themselves and all of their dealers hundreds of these are sold a week and there are never any issues with them. Beth has been there a very, very long time and I trust what she says. You can still return it if you do not want to install and use but you would be responsible for shipping back and they FactoryUTV does charge a restock fee, I just wanted you to be aware. Wanted to return windshield but ups ground was $260.52 to return it plus a stocking fee on top of that. The guy I talked to many times did not want to hear what I was trying to explain to him about the cost of return ! He just kept accusing me of being rude ect,and did not care to answer my questions. Will buy off Amazon from now on,where you can return product free. I been telling everyone what I gone thru with utv direct and how they don't explain how much it will cost to make a return! This windshield covers the hood compartment where you cant use it with it installed.

Ordered seat covers for my Polaris Ranger 800 crew over 4 weeks ago and still have not received my order! Called customer service and the lady I spoke to told me there is nothing she can do!. My order shows it is here at the UPS warehouse and has showed that for over two weeks now! One problem, it’s not here! I will not buy from your company ever again!
