“Wanted to return windshield but ups ground was $260.52 to return it plus a stocking fee on top of that. The guy I talked to many times did not want to hear what I was trying to explain to him about the cost of return ! He just kept accusing me of being rude ect,and did not care to answer my questions. Will buy off Amazon from now on,where you can return product free. I been telling everyone what I gone thru with utv direct and how they don't explain how much it will cost to make a return! This windshield covers the hood compartment where you cant use it with it installed.”

“Ordered seat covers for my Polaris Ranger 800 crew over 4 weeks ago and still have not received my order! Called customer service and the lady I spoke to told me there is nothing she can do!. My order shows it is here at the UPS warehouse and has showed that for over two weeks now! One problem, it’s not here! I will not buy from your company ever again!”

“I ordered a bumper. It did not allow a winch to be attached so I needed to return it. It is metal piping in a box. It had minor rubbing wear when i received it, but it is going on my side by side...so no big deal. I sent it back. UTV DIRECT used the minor rubbing as the reason they could not refund my money. Krystal said I can have it sent back, I asked for it to be sent back, but they had disposed of it. kinda sucks, because I went on to spend THOUSANDS of dollars at Side by Side stuff instead. They kept my money and did not deliver a product. TERRIBLE”

Hi Monty, You may have missed it, but some of our products are built to order and take a little longer for shipment. All products are listed where you order them how long it takes to ship out and this particular product is listed as 2-3 weeks before shipment. I hope this helps!

Hi Jeff, Some of our products are made to order and take longer to ship out. Any product like this is listed as such on the product page, and HMF are listed as 4-5 weeks before shipment. I hope this helps.

“The shield purchased was removed pending fitment as per Super ATV product. Suppose to be credited back. Conversation with Bill Wright about this matter. Waiting for credit. Don’t know where the disconnect was about listing. Hopefully this is resolved soon.”
